Please read the following instructions for abstract submission CAREFULLY before you start.
Please stick to the format of the abstract template.

The conference will be online-only.
STEP 1: Register for the Conference
Please register via the XING Events registration platform (link below). If you are not a member of the social media platform XING, please ignore the green button “Log in with XING”. Your data will not be passed on to XING and you don’t need to create a password.
If help is needed for the registration process please contact the Congress Center of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which supports our conference.
After registration you receive an automatic E-Mail. Please note the “Invoice Number” from the Confirmation Letter in this E-Mail. It is later needed for abstract submission.
STEP 2: Generate your PDF abstract (maximum one A4 page including all figures).
Use the abstract template and the margins given there. It is absolutely important to keep the margins and character sizes for our editing of the abstract volume.
STEP 3: Choose your Track (“Thema”)…
… and up to 3 specifier key words from this list.
We use these thematic tracks to group the contributions into microsymposia which will be defined on the basis of the submitted contributions. Only for the track “Covid-19” there is a pre-defined microsymposium.
STEP 4: Generate a short executive summary (not more than 500 characters)*.
Later paste this summary into the box “Inhalt” or “content” on the abstract submission page.
* This is used for web timetables and for rapid browsing in the internal review processes to help us to classify the contributions and compose topically coherent microsymposia in time.
STEP 5: Proceed to the page.
Please have the “Invoice Number” from your Registration Confirmation Letter (E-Mail) ready for abstract submission.
